Monte Sereno

Kikuchi + Kankel Design Group assisted in the siting and general layout of the new home on the property.  Features include a two-level pool with waterfalls, a full outdoor kitchen, fire pit, private spa garden, a home vineyard, vegetable garden and extensive landscaping.  The entry auto court and driveway are pervious concrete and allow water to flow back into the ground while meeting the Town’s strict paving limits.
