Jeanette joined Kikuchi & Associates in 1996 after graduating from CalPoly, San Luis Obispo. After 6 years with the firm, she sought to broaden her experiences and after a 20 year hiatus, she’s back bringing her knowledge and experience to the team.
As a licensed Landscape Architect with over 20 years working in the Bay Area, her experience spans a broad range of projects including residential, housing, schools, corporate campuses, plazas and parks. Jeanette appreciates the thoughtful and holistic approach to design that landscape architecture advances within the design community. At the project level, she enjoys making the most of how materiality brings value to each space. Her expertise includes the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, a strong knowledge of sustainable practices, as well as an aptitude for attention to detail. As a Native San Franciscan, a strong focus of her life is on local community urban spaces that strive for social connectivity and preservation. She and her husband, Dennis, have 2 kids and 2 dogs, Ellie and Azula.
