Kikuchi + Kankel Design Group developed the site plan of this unique equestrian property, assisting in the placement of the new home, barn, and cabaña. Design amenities include a new pool and spa, patios, guest house gardens, a riding ring and pastures while conforming to state fire access codes and the town’s restrictive impermeable surface regulations.
